School Board Expulsion Appeal
The Education Act, section 311.7, gives the Child and Family Services Review Board the mandate to hear appeals from a pupil’s parent or guardian, a pupil, or other specified persons designated by the Child and Family Services Board, requesting an appeal of a school board’s decision to expel a student from a school or from all schools of the school board.
