How to Apply
If you are interested in applying to have your appeal heard by the Child and Family Services Review Board, please print and complete the Application to Appeal School Board Expulsion Decision Form. The application must include the school board expulsion decision and your response to the principal’s report recommending expulsion, if any.

Your application should be sent to the office of the Child and Family Services Review Board within 30 days of receiving notice of the school board’s decision. The Board may extend the time period for filing the application, before or after the expiry of the 30 day period, if it is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for the extension.
