Are you a child or youth who is at least 12 years old?
Are you in a residential placement (e.g. - group or treatment home) and has your placement been reviewed by a residential advisory committee (RPAC)?
Do you disagree with your placement or are the recommendations of the RPAC not being followed?
If you answer yes to the above questions, you may apply to the Child and Family Services Review Board for a review of the placement.
