Rules of Procedure

The Child and Family Services Review Board has developed Rules of Procedure that the Board follows in proceedings before it. The Rules of Procedure are outlined in 7 parts.

The Rules that apply to an Application for a Review of a Residential Placement are Part I and Part VII.  You can click on the appropriate section to view the full text.

These Rules of Procedure were first issued by the Board in December 2006.
The last amendment of these Rules occurred in January 2010.
