How to Apply
If you are a child or youth who was recently admitted to a secure treatment program, the facility will notify the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth and the Office of the Children’s Lawyer within 24 hours of your admission. A lawyer from the Office of the Children’s Lawyer will assist you in completing an application to the Board and will forward the application to the Board on your behalf.
If you are a person who wishes to have a child or youth’s admission to a secure treatment program reviewed by the Child and Family Services Review Board, please print and complete the application form.
